This notice explains how Pure Panes handles the details you provide through the quote form.

What the quote form collects

If you send a request, it saves your name, address, postcode, phone number, optional email and notes, together with your property details and estimate. Answers stay in your browser’s page memory until you submit; leaving or refreshing the page clears an unfinished form.

Why those details are needed

The information is used to assess your cleaning enquiry and contact you about a quote. The form does not take payments or subscribe you to marketing. Joseph is your point of contact for Pure Panes.

Where a submitted request goes

Requests are stored securely on the website’s hosting platform so Joseph can review and respond to them. Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting platform to operate and protect the site.

How long information is kept

Quote requests are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, arrange or provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve any related issues. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank. Please do not include sensitive information in your notes. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss a clean directly, contact joseph@purepanes.co.uk or 07553 762307.
